Senior Pastor
	W. Carlton Rogers dynamiclife@comcast.net At the age of thirteen, W.Carlton Rogers was called to the ministry. He is a 1983 graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center (Tulsa, OK). In 1990, God moved on Carlton's heart, "You'll pastor a church in Front Royal, VA. one day." It wasn't until ten years later that he stepped into that office. Looking back, he realized that it was the grace of God that groomed, pruned, and refined him for this call on his life. Prior to pioneering Dynamic Life Praise and Worship Center, Pastor Carlton faithfully served and ministered at "Faith Christian Church" for eleven years under Pastor Decker Tapscott. Carlton was on staff for three years and held the position of Associate Pastor, Singles Pastor, Director of Ministerial Association, and Director of Multi-Media Ministry. After ten years of waiting for the perfect timing, the Lord launched Pastor Carlton out to Front Royal to fulfill the call on his life. He loves Seeing People's lives changed by the Word of God!
